Poker Freerolls have their place

September and the beginning of a new fall lineup of poker freerolls and buy in games. Freerolls, did I say freerolls? I know... I have said "IMO Poker freerolls have only three purposes - to check out a new poker site, learn a new game or give the poker bankroll a boost. Unless you are a horrid poker player why would you waste your time playing public poker freerolls?" There is a fourth reason - as a bonus for the Texaswheel members. What do I mean by bonus?

Wednesday nights since the rebirth of Texaswheel have belonged to IronDuke Poker. IronDuke was the sponsor for the Iron into Gold summer league. The summer league was very popular and the top ten in points received tickets to a final game. Anyone not making the top ten could buyin to the game, but as a bonus the top ten got into the game for free. Yes, for the top ten the game was a freeroll.

September brings Iron Nights again sponsored by IronDuke Poker but this time not a league. No, instead a series of four buy in games with added money. Followed by the fifth Wednesday - a very special freeroll game. The game will only be for those that played the buy in games or that downloaded IronDuke from Texaswheel. The prize? No less than three guaranteed seats to the Jennicide weekly $150 added Bounty tournament.

Jennicide? Poker pro Jennifer Leigh aka Jennicide is IronDuke's resident poker pro. Every week she presides over a $150 added $10 buy in poker Bounty game. Playing poker with a pro - who doesn't want to do that? As part of this awesome package of poker games just for Texaswheel.com members - yep poker freerolls do have their place
